Build short courses, assign them to the people who need them, take them on a phone and keep a record of who finished which version.
Write a course from text, pictures, video, audio, PDFs, steps, checklists, knowledge checks and scenarios, with a live preview of what workers see.
Publishing freezes a course as a version. Someone part-way through finishes that version, and their record says which one.
Questions come after the lessons. Right answers and explanations are not in the page a worker receives.
Choose a course or a path, who it is for, whether it is required, a due date or a number of days, and whether it repeats.
Group courses into a path such as First week on site, and let each unlock after the one before it.
Completed in Reldro, external certification and verified certification are each labelled for what they are.
Show the right course where the work happens, mark it missing, or hold the start of a permit or the assignment of a work order until it is done.
See who is overdue, who is lapsing, how each site is doing, which questions people miss and what Ask Reldro could not answer.
Keep reference material that is not a course where workers can find it.
Draft a Spanish translation of a course, review it side by side with the English, and offer it to workers once it is approved.
Add a Word or PowerPoint file, as well as a PDF or pasted text, and let AI draft a course for you to review.
