What changed
Reldro has a new Learn area. Everyone gets My learning, Required training, My certifications and Resources. Company admins and safety leads also get Manage training: an overview, courses, learning paths, assignments, the training library and reports.
How it works
A course is made of lessons, and an optional quiz. Publish it, assign it to a site, a crew, a job title, a role or named people, and Reldro tells them and reminds them before it is due.
Why it matters
Training stops living in binders and slide decks. A supervisor can see who has finished what, and a worker can pick up a course on a phone between jobs.
