What changed
Assignments reach everyone who matches, including people added later. They can repeat every few months, remind before the due date and weekly once late, and be paused or ended. Ending takes back copies nobody started and leaves finished records alone. View-only seats are not given training.
How it works
A ten-minute background job hands out new copies, sends each reminder once and makes suggestions.
Why it matters
New hires are picked up without anyone remembering to assign them, and refreshers come back on their own.
