What changed
Choose Informational, Required or Blocking. Only permit types and work order categories can block. A company admin or safety lead can go ahead and the gap is written into the record. Reporting a hazard, an injury or an emergency is never held back by training. A permit's crew is listed as text, so the person who starts the work is the one checked.
How it works
A note on the permit, work order, equipment or site page says what is tied to it and where the viewer stands.
Why it matters
Training requirements become part of how work starts, without ever getting between a person and a report.
