Why this matters

Passers-by, children, and neighbors don't know the site's hazards.

What to cover

  1. Keep fences, gates, and signs in good order.
  2. Lock up at the end of the day.
  3. Remove or secure ladders and other climbing aids.
  4. Control dust, noise, and falling objects at the edges.
  5. Keep deliveries away from busy times near footpaths.
  6. Report any breach of the fence.

Ask the crew

  • Who passes this site?
  • Where might a child get in?
  • What have neighbors complained about?

One thing to do today

Walk the fence and fix any gaps.
