Why this matters

Visitors and drivers don't know our rules, our hazards, or our emergency plan.

What to cover

  1. Sign visitors in and out.
  2. Give them a short briefing and the right PPE.
  3. Escort them in active areas.
  4. Tell drivers where to park, unload, and exit.
  5. Use a spotter for reversing.
  6. Make sure visitors know the meeting point.

Ask the crew

  • Who briefs visitors here?
  • Where do drivers wait?
  • How do we know who's on site?

One thing to do today

Check the sign-in sheet and the briefing sheet are ready.
