    Unknown people on site

    How we control it

  3. 3. Provide PPE and an escort

    What could go wrong

    Visitors without PPE or supervision

    How we control it

Issue the PPE the area needs. Escort people in active work areas.

  4. 4. Sign out

    What could go wrong

    Visitors left on site

    How we control it

Check everyone out at the end of the visit and at the end of the day.

  • Include the emergency plan in the briefing: where to go, and who to tell.

When to use it

Use it for any site with visitors, inspectors, or deliveries.

Review it with the crew before the work starts, change anything that doesn't match how you'll do the job, and update it when the method, the equipment, or the site changes.

Use this JHA in Reldro

  • It arrives ready to edit, and your crew uses it on their phone, even without signal.
  • Failed items become corrective actions with an owner and a due date.
  • Every completed one is kept with the site, the date and who did it.
