What changed
A company admin cannot read a direct message or a private channel they are not in. A site channel needs you to be at the site or on the safety team. A conversation about a record is read by whoever can open the record. Files are served only to people who can read the conversation and are never public links.
Why it matters
Sensitive conversations stay with the people in them.
