View-only seats
Give someone a seat that reads what the safety team reads, except confidential items, and changes nothing.
Version 2026.10.23PlatformReporting
What changed
A view-only seat sees the safety team's pages, cannot change anything (the server refuses it), sees no confidential reports or reporter names, and gets no automatic tour.
Why it matters
Owners, auditors and clients can see how work is going without being able to alter it.
