Schedule an announcement for later

Tick Send it later when you publish. The announcement waits as Scheduled and nobody is told. It goes out within about ten minutes of the time you chose, to whoever is in the audience then. You can send it sooner or cancel it first.

You can prepare Friday's pour notice on Wednesday and know it reaches the crew on time.
