Machine translations of safety instructions are marked until a person reviews them
A JHA, permit, toolbox talk, inspection checklist, course or safety alert translated by the model says plainly that it has not been reviewed.

What changed
A company admin or safety lead can correct and approve translations under Translations to review. An approval is refused if the original has changed since. Reldro also drops a translation that changes a number, a measurement, a name or a link.
Why it matters
A translation does not become the official instruction just because a model wrote it.
