What changed
The conversation points at the record and is not a copy of it. Who can read it follows who can open the record, so a confidential incident discussion is no more visible than the incident. The record page shows how many messages there are and how many are new. In any chat you can also share a record as a card that only people who can open it can see.
Why it matters
Six months later, the reason a ladder was taken out of use is on the ladder.
