Channels shared with a subcontractor or general contractor

A supervisor, safety lead or admin opens a Partner channel from Channels. The partner signs in with their own free account and reads and writes plain text in that one channel. Colleagues see a banner saying the partner can read everything, partner names carry the word Partner, and files and records are not shared in it. Turn the feature off in Connect, Settings and the door closes at once.

You can coordinate with a subcontractor in Reldro without giving them a login to your workspace.
