What changed
When your courses do not cover the question, Reldro says so and offers to send it to a supervisor. Questions it could not answer are listed for admins, which shows gaps in your training. This is off until a company admin switches it on.
Why it matters
People get a quick answer in their own words without an assistant making things up.
